From Peckham in south London, Adrian enjoyed a vibrant and distinguished junior career as British Champion at U14 and U16 age groups, culminating in him being crowned European Junior Champion. He was a key player in the England teams that twice won the World and European Junior Championships. With this success as a junior Adrian and the England Squad were invited to Buckingham Palace to meet Her Majesty the Queen and Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburgh along with other international athletes.
Adrian added, I'm honoured to be working with, and being an ambassador for, Spirit of Squash. I'm very passionate about giving time to kids and helping them enjoy the sorts of sports opportunities I had. Growing up in Peckham, south London, I know about the pressures of having to grow up too quickly and all the negative and harmful things that can get in the way. I've been lucky enough to pursue a career in squash that has taken me around the world and shown me the positive aspects of what sport can achieve. Helping people young and old on the right path would be the biggest achievement of my career
